SPAIN FRESH FEST #1
NYC | NYU's KJCC | MARCH-MAY 2014
Spain Fresh in collaboration with NYU's KING JUAN CARLOS CENTER proudly present: SPAIN FRESH FEST.
SPAIN FRESH FEST is a multidisciplinary program of events to take place at the KJCC and other venues to be announced soon during Spring 2014.
The program introduces Spanish artists that meet “Fresh Culture” principles:
1. It is young and vibrant.
2. It has been awarded and exhibited. (Spain or Europe).
3. It has a "GLOCAL" dialogue. It is both GLOBAL and LOCAL.
This program serves as Spain Fresh’ introduction to the American public and seeks for its continuity in the close future.
Concepts such as: pastiche, remake, remembrance or amnesia are present in the proposals for its first edition.
